Vulpecula is a calm, collection based game where you play as a fox searching for stars on a wintery mountainscape. As you collect more stars, more instruments fill the music playing in the background.
The game can be played alone or with other people through online play - though multiplayer does not change the overall experience (except to allow for some fun speedrunning shenanigans).
This project was the culmination of a semester's work on a custom game engine. Each of my teammates and I worked on our own separate game engines for the majority of the semester and then merged them together to create this final game. Our game engine has support for AI using behavior trees, mesh collisions, and other necessary game features.
